How does it work?

Token Sale (ICO): We raise capital by selling Covesco tokens during our Initial Coin Offering (ICO). Each token is sold at a fixed price, ensuring fairness for all investors. The tokens are created on the Ethereum blockchain with a total supply set at launch, fully owned by the Covesco team before distribution.

Strategic Investments: Funds raised from the ICO are invested throughout the year into a diversified portfolio of financial instruments, including stocks, indices, and more. Our expert team manages these investments to maximize returns while maintaining a balanced approach.

Quarterly Portfolio Updates: Transparency is key. We update the status of our investment portfolio every quarter, and you can view the latest performance details in the “Current Portfolio” tab on our website. Stay informed about how your investment is growing!

Token Buyback Program: After one year, we initiate a buyback program where you can sell your Covesco tokens back to us. We use 80% of the profits from our investments, combined with the initial ICO funds, to repurchase all tokens, ensuring a fair return for investors.

Buyback Price Calculation: The buyback price is calculated by dividing the total available funds (initial capital plus 80% of profits) by the total number of Covesco tokens. This price is set transparently in our smart contract, guaranteeing an equitable payout for every token sold back.

Open to All Investors: Anyone can participate! There are no restrictions on who can buy Covesco tokens or how much you can invest. Our smart contract ensures secure and flexible token transfers, while our team manages the buyback process to deliver value to all token holders.
